limping

yesterday i learnt that if you have really severe muscle pain in your leg*, it’s not a good idea to go out for a run.

today i’m moving as little as possible at work (which is a really bad thing – i need to get around 150 books in the shelves and my assistant isn’t back from norway yet) and tonight i’m most certainly not moving an inch from my sofa! i told you i hate running. this is one of the reasons why.

* the reason i have that pain in the first place is that i alone tried to put back the outer bedroom window at gerby last sunday. the window is heavy and expensive and the window frame really low so i was terrified of falling..
