i must be thick or something but i still don’t get it.
over two weeks ago i ordered books from a uk publisher (another one than the one i’m rambling on about in this previous post). since we, for some reason i now cannot even remember, are customers on a pro forma-basis only i received a pro forma via e-mail the day after placing my order. paid it straight away and e-mailed them the receipt. last week i received the pro forma again, via normal post this time. today i received an invoice via e-mail. exactly the same info, they have only changed the word pro forma to invoice.
note that i haven’t seen any of the books yet.
and i can bet my head on receiving at least two copies of that same invoice when the books do decide to arrive. mark my words.
